Best Dressed: Stephanie Pratt
Everything was perfect down to her dress, hair, tan and make-up.
Runner Up: Selena Gomez
I really like the embellishment on the bustier and the over all style.
I'm not totally loving the silver. I'm undecided. A bit too metalic maybe.
Her hair and shoes are a little bit of a letdown though.
And Lady Gaga is, yeah, Lady Gaga.
Although I did really like her hair and soft make up.
Her face actually looked feminine and quite pretty.
