This ethereal work is the result of a collaboration between two amazingly talented artists.
Photographer: Zanita and Illustrator: Kelly Smith of Birdy & Me.
Seeing images like this seriously makes me wish I stuck to my Year 12 dream of becoming a fashion photographer.
And also makes me wish that I was a pure artistic genius in illustrating like Kelly.
Her work was inspirational to my studies last year and continues to inspire me creatively every day.
*I had been feeling a little bit uninspired and therefore unmotivated with blogging lately,
but these last few posts have really elevated my mood.
Thank goodness for that, because it was getting a little depressing over here!

oooo i love this ! so prettty
So ethereal, love it!
Totally agree re: lacking the raw edge of that girl rocking the ear cuff. My edge was at such a low level I actually had to check last night that my ear lobes still had workable piercings, seeing as I haven't worn earrings in a few years. But I do!! Haha, so yay for that. Also agree about being somewhat uninspired blogging-wise lately. It happens to all of us, and is slightly more scary when you're actually looking at pictures of yourself and feeling blah about them. Not. Fun. But you always come up with the goods girl so don't you ever give it up, I love reading your blog (these images are gorgeous too btw). xx
Gorgeous photos! Great blog!

Wow, beautiful photos. I love how they used very detailed birds and contrasted it with simple colorful butterflies. Love it! So creative. Thank you for sharing this, and great blog!
