New In | Kikki K.
Stationary and all things Swedish; two of my most loved in life.
I feel like I have visited Kikki K every week for the past few weeks, wandering about, ogling their
latest additions, ticking items off the never-ending wish list that exists in my head with each visit.

The new Svenska Hem 'Live Bright' collection is so cute that I want almost everything.
I picked up two Live Bright porcelain cup and geometric saucer sets (with different designs on each).
Aswell as the A5 set of 3 inspirational Essential Notebooks, as I am big on creating lists for everything
and a Cute Everyday Ballpoint Pen to do all of the writing thus far.
This weeks purchases complete.

Gemma Ward For Country Road.
It was six years ago that Gemma Ward vanished from our sights, taking time out of the modelling
world to focus on acting and her personal life. In that time she has been in films such as 'Pirates of
the Caribbean: on Strangers Tides' and 'The Great Gatsby' and has welcomed her first child,
baby girl Naia into the world.
She now faces the fashion world as the face of Country Road, in what is sure to the
first of many major campaigns, titled "Summer Wonder".
I think I have watched the film around five times now and I am in awe of it every single time.
It epitomises summer in Australia down to the raw beauty of the location (shot on Seal Rocks, NSW),
the effortless and carefree styling that capture the spirit of sunshine, salt water and sand, and the element
of family, which is imperative to every Aussies' summer.
Gemma is one of my all-time favourite models, so it's really incredible seeing her
back on the screen, in the magazines and fronting one of Australia's iconic brands.
I couldn't think of a better way to celebrate Country Road's 40 years!

Gemma Ward Is Back.
Australia's top model has made the most anticipated return to the modelling world.
If you follow her career, like I, you would have seen her make her comeback walking for Prada at Paris Fashion
Week a few weeks back. Gemma has now been revealed as the face of Country Road, celebrating their 40th year
in fashion and is featured in the past issue of Sunday Style magazine, which you see up above.
Quite the roaring return!
Keep a look out for my next post with shots and video footage for Country Road

White Wash.
Head to toe white, my all-time fave. Too perfect for summer.
I've been on the lookout for a great pair of white denim lately. Paired with a crisp white
shirt and a tan pair of sandals like these Frame girls above, how could one go wrong?

My Dream Day Style.
This post is a little different to the usual catalogue of content that you would see on Rich Girls.
To explain it in few words, I was challenged by the team at Lover.ly to style my very own Dream Day.
...
My first choice was to pick the setting for the event to be based upon. City Glam won!
Getting married and celebrating with my loved ones on the terrace of a city building is where I immediately
envisioned the entire day. The all-important yet daunting task of deciding on a wedding dress was next. A mermaid
style dress is what I instantly had in mind, but after my search I found myself going back to this Monique Lhuillier
gown (long, thin tulle veil to accompany), so it just had to be. I felt that the setting was very glamorous, clean and
classy, so a dress that reflected all of those qualities was a must. A strapless, figure-hugging bodice, with volume
in the skirt was ideal for this setting. I could just picture the gathered tulle swishing as it glided along the floor of the
terrace, through the guests, past the long, white tables covered in champagne and pretty blooms.
I feel that the dress complimented the setting and set the aesthetic for the rest of the styling. Personalised calligraphy
invitations, feminine florals in perfume inspired vases, a cute cocktail bar, candles in tall glass vases to surround
the perimeter of the terrace and the city views as the perfect backdrop are just a few of the accents I have chosen.
In the end, every choice was carefully thought out and very reflective of my personal style.
...
I've never really been one to dream up my wedding day, as my ideas and inspirations are ever-changing,
but I would be pretty happy if my wedding day looked a little something like this someday.

New In | Le Tan 'Wash Off'.
I'm always craving tanned skin, especially when the warmer months roll around and exposing a slight
amount of skin is pretty much essential. I'm not the naturally blessed type to have bronzed skin all year
around, nor does the sun tend to work in my favour after lengthy exposure, so the fake kind in a tube or
bottle is my go-to.
making it more convenient for you to tan whenever you want, with the option of washing it off the
next time you shower. The formula is cleverly designed to stay on the skin and not budge until you
come into contact with soap and a good scrub; not even the rain will disturb you. It is a green-based
tan that dries in an impressive 60 secs, giving you bronzed, glowing skin that you can show off.
I have used both the 'Dark Bronze' spray and the 'Radiant Glow' instant bronzing lotion and I think they
both work great. They are both really natural looking, and smooth on really easily with a tanning mitt, Best
of all, it doesn't make you smell like a coconut all day long! For a night out or for a darker tan, I would choose
the spray as I feel that the coverage is good and gave me a bronzed look instantly. As for every day, I prefer
the lotion as it's a bit more subtle and you are able to re-apply to achieve a deeper colour if desired.
Look out for the Le Tan Wash Off range available now!

Isabel Marant, Paris Fashion Week.
I instantly got a tribal vibe when first clicking through the collection - with the graphic prints and
signature earthy tones, exaggerated a little bit more than normal; of sunburnt orange and rust, oil-slick black
and fresh off-white. Turns out that's exactly what Marant was going for - "tribal without being too literal".
This collection, unveiled at Paris Fashion Week, basically sticks to the same signature style without
being too obvious, but the filter has just been switched up a notch. Short pleated skirts, belted waists,
wrap around halter necks, over-sized sweaters and even a shaggy vest and puka shells complete this
seasons must-have styles.
This collection is for the ultimate cool-girl who's not afraid to get in touch with her hidden tribal roots.
How cool is the halter neck dress with the leather fringed belt and all of the white combos?!
