Personally, I don't think it is an amazingly flattering dress on Miley.

i do admit that i'm not all that keen on the amount of exposure through the detailing on the chest - it's a bit much.
i think the hem could be sliiightly shorter and i would switch up her accessories.
although, i kind of like that she's stayed true to her 'miley' style.
her hair and make-up looks so stunning though and i just think that from the waist down, the dress is so lovely.
