World Map Pillows.

I found these amazing world map cushion covers while searching for cool housewarming gifts for my sister this afternoon.
I'm actually kind of tempted to purchase a couple myself.

1. Arctic Circle  2. The Solar System  3. Australia  4. Antarctica

I  L O V E the Antarctica one the most, the colours are so incredible. No wonder it's in such high demand!
You can purchase them off Etsy at My Bearded Pidgeon.

In Love With Givenchy Spring 2012.

Givenchy Spring 2012 RTW Collection.

This collection is completely flawless. I would wear/own/cherish every single piece of it.
I honestly can't even dissect the parts I love the most, because I absolutely adore every aspect, every detail, every little creative thought.

Once I read that Riccardo Tisci was influenced by surfers and mermaids, that's when I fell more deeply in love with it.
These were his water babies. Covered in lush pastels and exotic materials. Like they had just stepped out of the sea.
And it makes sense - When looking at a bunch of backstage hair and make-up close-ups prior, I got the hugest mermaid, mystical, beach babe vibe.
It became apparent, these girls weren't just models, they were beautiful creatures in a magical story.

♥
I just want to be in this world he's created.

Anna Dello Russo.

Anna Dello Russo | Outside of the Balmain show.

She makes me anticipate seeing what she's going to wear every fashion week,
because let's face it, her quirky, fashion-extravagant choices are highly entertaining
and ADR hardly ever disappoints.

You could say that this is one of her more demure outfits.
While still adorned in gold embellishment, playing up the dress with a statement accessory in the belt,
she also sticks to showing off a whole lotta leg, like Anna does best!

I love this. I think she looks fabulously classy. And it's a great change from seeing her wrapped in feathers.

Australia's Next Top Model Week Eight.

In this weeks shoot the girls were covered head to toe in pink paint.

I'm yet to catch the entire episode, but I did see Maddie go, which was a little sad.
While the judges chose Hazel as having the best shot, my picks were Montana and Liz hands down.

Yikes! The competition is getting so much tougher.

Kanye West Spring 2012 Collection.

Kanye West debuted his first ever collection at Paris Fashion Week.
It wasn't exactly the wow factor I was after, coming from a collaboration between Kanye and our Harper's Bazaar fashion editor, Christine Centenera,
but a few pieces were absolute standouts and I was able to pick a few fave looks from the show.

Loved: The models effortless hair and make-up, white-on-white, the peach and blue elements, the grungy all-black looks with the fur wraps.
Disliked: Those white pom-pom-like heels entirely and how some of the pieces seemed ill-fitted and unfinished.

I kind of love the first look the more I look at it.
And I love how Kanye's accessorised his plain white tee and Balmain jeans with a little bit of arm candy.

Versace S/S 2012 Milan Fashion Week.

I'm a little slow on the MFW train, but Versace blew my mind.

For someone who dreamed about becoming a mermaid, the latest collection is close to a dream come true.
I'm yet to see the footage, but it seems like an magically intimate show, with the mood being set by an luminescent glow,
like a light from a swimming pool, which lit up the Via Gesu show space.
And out of that glow walked mythical-like Versace goddesses adorned in seashells and sea crustaceans; seahorse and starfish.

I'm such a dork... I sat there clicking through the pics picturing which celeb or model I would put in which dress
if I were their stylist and the responsibility was all mine.
Bless you Donatella!

PS. Lindsay Wixon came crashing down, not once, but twice, in this show - the poor girl.
PPS. Style.com I adore how you let me know which model is which. Makes google imaging them so much easier!

Wildfox x Jeffery Campbell Collaboration.

Sneak peek of Wildfox 'White Label' S/S 2012.

Wildfox Couture has collaborated with Jeffery Campbell.
And even though I loathe the sight of the JC Litas, I kind of feel that this is the perfect match... Right?
After having "a shoe love affair", which resulted in pulling styles for their WF shoots over the years, the two wildly talented designers
have created a dream ballerina platform, sky high strappy heels, denim platforms and '90's inspired military boots, to name a few.

I'm kind of in love with the entire look above.
Her pastel purple hair, that soft Wildfox dress and those ballet platforms are all to die for.

The Wildfox Couture for Jeffery Campbell collection will be available February 2012 at select retailers around the world.
