Candice Swanepoel.

Candice Swanepoel shot by Terry Richardson.

It's really refreshing to see models dressed down on their days off,
yet slightly depressing because they look insane without much effort involved at all.

Lucy Williams | Style Icon.

Lucy Williams.

I always look at her and wonder if she knows how incredibly stylish she is.
She's got to, right?

I'm still completely hooked on the last two looks - They're not so simple to get over.
Although, I really like the mix of pieces in the first look.

PS. Thank you to Miss B and Bianca for informing me that she no longer works at Instyle UK.
I must have been hiding under a rock. Looks like I'll have to pay extra careful attention to her fashion blog instead.

Sportsgirl's 'Believe'.

SPORTSGIRL have put together a little creative project which involves teaming up with bloggers
to help realise that it's okay to 'believe' in make believe
and to encourage us to let our personal dreams explode inside us all.

"Go confidently in the direction of your dreams! Live the life you've imagined"
- Henry David Thoreau

Thanks so much to Kaitlyn from Modern Legacy for tagging me in this!

As a child what did you want to be when you grew up?
A fashion designer. And mermaid.
I guess I've always been creative. I always loved drawing, it was my go-to thing.
When I was in primary school my older sister had this high school project that I thought was pretty cool,
which involved designing a few clothing items for a cardboard cut-out doll. After that, I had to do my own.
That was the moment when I realised that I had some kind of direction.
Although, I did always picture myself in a desk job, just so I could decorate my own personal space.

Did you make this dream come true or did you change your mind?
My dreams and career goals are ever-changing.
When I think of some of my favourite Australian labels like Zimmermann, Bec & Bridge and Ellery,
I'm still quite fond of the dream of becoming a fashion designer, but I think that ship has sailed.
Now I'd kill to work at a fashion magazine, a fashion house or in PR.
I still have a clear image of what my desk space would look like though.
(Think 'Who What Wear' offices).

What is your fave childhood memory?
Probably my family trip to England and Ireland when I was 7.
My dad's Irish and it was my first overseas trip to visit his side of the family and to live there for a couple of months.
I just remember having the most incredible time -
playing in the snow, spending time with my grandparents, aunties and uncles and cousins,
seeing a cow be born for the first time - getting to name it and call it 'mine', hunting for chicken eggs, just living the farm life.

The biggest dream you have right now?
To live in Stockholm and New York until I'm extremely homesick.
Definately to explore myself creatively and to find a job in the fashion world that I can fall madly in love with.
Ideally, to live a busy fashion-filled life like Elin Kling -
combining blogging, magazine editing, styling and traveling the world, would be a dream come true.

Your summer must-have pick from the current Sportsgirl range?
The Swing Dress - I just wish it was made in many more colours.
The Josie Mid Wedge and Arrow Sunglasses.

The three blogger lovelies I choose to tag are:

Caitlyn from HundredsorThousands, Kiran from Le Lust List
& Sharday from Shardette

Alice McCall | SS11 II

Alice McCall | The Dansant | 2nd SS11

I'm a little bit in love with this collection.
I could see every single piece hanging in my wardrobe, but nothing more so than the 1st, 2nd, 4th, 6th, 8th and final look.

I tried to edit the list as much as possible, but that proved to be extremely difficult.
However, these ended up being my fave picks of the bunch.

Which would you love to be all yours?

Lauren Conrad In My Go-To-Outfit.

Lauren Conrad at the launch of 'The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim' (whatever that is) in L.A.

Following on from the post below, Lauren's combo above is basically my every day go-to outfit.
Although the whole neutral-on-neutral on the top half is more my thing.
And probably I'd probably scrap the leather pants for dark denim...
But, same-same, right?

PS. I've been practicing so hard to get my hair looking like hers lately, that I think it's finally rubbing off.
PPS. She's recently been linked to Chace Crawford. Now wouldn't that be the cutest match-up!

Karmen Pedaru.

Karmen Pedaru snapped up by the team at StockholmStreetStyle.

Black blazer, tank and skinny jeans teamed with a killer pair of Valentino heels and a Givenchy bag.
This is pretty much my go-to look in the cooler months - minus the heels.
She looks so classy and polished.
I want to recreate her angelic hair do, but mostly, I want those Ksubi jeans.

Rich Girls 'MyLookBook' Feature.

So, I finally got around to posting my feature in the online magazine MyLookBook.
I was approached by the ever-so-sweet Krista Eppelstun behind the wonderful magazine and blog
to create a list of 8 items that were on my 'wish list' for this coming Spring season.

You can take a look at the rest of the issue here, while it's still online and while you're at, you can also take a peek at
what some of the other contributors came up with, including Beauty Editor at Instyle magazine, Eleanor Pendleton.

Lucy Williams On Repeat.

I stumbled upon another shot of Lucy Williams in this killer outfit, and as I'm still kind of hooked,
I decided to share it with you all one more time.

I'm all for basic pieces and a basic colour scheme, so I think that's why this resonates with me so much.
The pop of colour from the hat is so perfect and reignites my love for the Bec & Bridge fedora.
Plus, she's just so beautiful that I think it's impossible for her to ever look bad.

MK & A Olsen.

Ashley and Mary Kate Olsen at Christian Louboutin's Cocktail Party, New York.

I love what Ashley's wearing.
Gap tweed jacket, Rag & Bone leather pants and Christian Louboutin 'Mikarani' flats.

Thanks to Style Spot fom bringing my attention to such goodness!
